Cosmo offers custom pricing. If none of the standard plans matches what your store needs, tell us which features you want and we will price a plan around them.
What to tell us
Start on the plan with the modules you will use now. Free costs nothing and gives your customers the standard account page: the branded portal, order tracking, cancellation and reorder, the sign-up form, address book, saved cart, store credit balance and account analytics. Lite ($4.99 a month) is the full Customer Account module: it adds custom profile fields, custom menu tabs, translations and app integrations. Premium ($11.99) adds the Loyalty & Rewards program: points or store credit, referrals, VIP tiers and rewards. Elite ($19.99) adds the account Rewards tab, custom reward and store-credit expiry, points expiry after inactivity, and priority support and growth help. Order volume never decides it: no plan has an order limit.
You do not need a paid plan if:
Your account page needs no custom profile fields, no custom menu tabs, no translations and no app integrations. Free keeps everything else in the Customer Account module. Move to Lite when you need one of those four, and to Premium when you want a loyalty program.
