What do customers see in the rewards launcher?
Cosmo's rewards launcher is a floating button on your storefront. One click opens a panel with the customer's balance, VIP tier, ways to earn, rewards, referral link and recent activity, so they can redeem a reward or copy their link without leaving the page they're on.

What does the launcher show people who aren't signed in?
Visitors who aren't signed in see a welcome you write for them, with a Create account button and a Sign in link. They can still read your ways to earn and VIP tiers, with a prompt to sign in where a member would act, so they know what they'd get before they join.
Yes. You style Cosmo's launcher in Shopify admin, with a live preview beside the settings. Pick the button's style, shape, size, icon and colours, then the panel's colours, width and font. You can also rewrite its wording, rename sections and hide the ones you don't use.

What is the Rewards tab in the customer account?
The Rewards tab is the same loyalty program inside the customer's account page. It opens on an Overview of their balance, tier, referrals and latest activity, with separate views for earning, redeeming, referrals and full history. It follows your account page's design, not the launcher's colours.

Can I move the rewards launcher if it clashes with another button?
Yes. The launcher sits in the bottom right or bottom left corner, and you can move it up to 120 pixels from the side and from the bottom to clear a sticky bar or another app's button. You can also hide it on the cart page, so nothing competes with the way to checkout.
Does the rewards launcher work on mobile?
Yes. The launcher shows on phones and desktops by default, and each has its own switch, so you can run it on only one of them. If the button takes up too much room on a phone, you can show just the icon there and keep the text on desktop.
Do I need both the launcher and the Rewards tab?
No. Each has its own switch, so you can run either one or both. A new program starts with the Rewards tab on and the floating launcher off. Section names and wording are shared between them, so a change you make once shows in both places.
Does the launcher work if I run the program on store credit?
Yes. In store credit mode the launcher shows the customer's store credit as their balance, and there's no Ways to redeem section, because there's nothing to redeem: the credit is spent at checkout. Ways to earn, referrals and recent activity work the same as in points mode.
How do I add the rewards launcher to my store?
Switch on Floating launcher in the Launcher tab of Cosmo's loyalty settings in Shopify admin. Cosmo's app embed also has to be on in your theme editor, and the setup guide takes you through that step. The launcher then appears on your storefront, in the corner you chose.
Do I need to edit my theme code?
No. Setup runs through a 4-step guided flow inside Shopify admin, and the customer account page is published from there. The loyalty program's product-page rewards widget is added as a block in the theme editor. No developer is required and no theme files are edited.
